Employee Development Planning (EDP) is a structured process that complements the talent requirement of the company with the career and growth aspirations of employees. The outcomes of this program are consistent training need identification, individualized development plans and a pipeline of talent that is "Future Ready" for diverse, even unforeseen challenges
Functional Training is imparted by strong training verticals embedded in all the functions. These are further supported via leadership and behavioural training programs that are anchored centrally by the Human Resources team.
The training engagement starts with a strong Induction Program that covers company familiarization, policy understanding, business environment understanding and skills training for carrying out work in the "MSD India Way". Employees are encouraged to take charge of their own training needs with a state of the art MSD e-learning System (MELS). MELS is an enviable library of learning resources brought together from diverse and respected sources.
